At Renaissance , every product is prepared, packaged or selected with care.
To ensure a clear and fair experience, here is our exchange and refund policy, applicable to all products: gift sets, ritual objects, decorations, incense, candles, stones,... and digital access.
Returns & refunds
You have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions apply:
✔ For all physical products
• The item must be unused, unopened and in its original condition.
• Consumable products (incense, sprays, candles, mists…) must be sealed.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the product has been received and verified, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Handcrafted products & natural variations
Most Renaissance products are handcrafted or made from natural materials.
Slight variations in color, shape, appearance or texture may exist and are not considered defects.
They are part of the authenticity and living character of the objects.
Box sets & digital content
(Booklet, online program, meditations, workshops, live sessions…)
For the sake of fairness and respect for digital content:
• The online program and digital content are non-refundable once access has been activated.
• The gift box is only refundable if:
• It returned complete ,
• The products are unused/unopened .
• and no digital access was consumed .
If digital access has been used, a return of the box is no longer possible.
Incomplete, defective or damaged products
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with:
• a photo of the package
• a photo of the item(s) in question
• your order number
Depending on the situation, we will offer: a replacement, an exchange, a partial reshipment or another suitable solution.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible:
• in the event of a defective product,
• in case of a preparation error,
• or by exceptional agreement after review of your request.
Exchanges for simple changes of mind are not guaranteed, particularly for handcrafted products or products listed in limited quantities.Non-refundable products
For obvious reasons related to digital content and the integrity of the rituals:
• the online program is non-refundable once access has been used;
• Items that have been opened, used or altered cannot be refunded.
