  • At Renaissance, each box is prepared with care, by hand, and includes artisanal elements as well as access to an online program.

    To ensure a fair and transparent experience, here is our exchange and refund policy.


    Returns & Refunds

    We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the right of withdrawal.

    To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

    • The box must be returned complete, in its original condition (products unused, unopened, and in perfect condition).
    • The online program must not have been activated (no access used).
    • The box must be returned in its original packaging or in equivalent protective packaging.

    Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
    Once the box is received and verified, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.


    Incomplete, Defective, or Damaged Products

    If an item is defective or was damaged during transport, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with:

    • a photo of the product concerned
    • a photo of the package
    • your order number

    We will then offer either a replacement or an appropriate solution depending on the situation (partial reshipment, exchange, etc.).


    Exchanges

    Exchanges are possible only:

    • in case of a defective product
    • in case of an error in the order
    • or upon exceptional agreement after reviewing your request

    Exchanges for a simple change of mind cannot be guaranteed, as the boxes are offered in limited quantities.


    Non-Refundable Products

    For obvious reasons related to digital content and the integrity of the rituals:

    • the online program is non-refundable once any access has been used
    • opened, used, or altered items cannot be refunded
