At Renaissance, each box is prepared with care, by hand, and includes artisanal elements as well as access to an online program.

To ensure a fair and transparent experience, here is our exchange and refund policy.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the right of withdrawal.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The box must be returned complete, in its original condition (products unused, unopened, and in perfect condition).
• The online program must not have been activated (no access used).
• The box must be returned in its original packaging or in equivalent protective packaging.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
Once the box is received and verified, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Incomplete, Defective, or Damaged Products

If an item is defective or was damaged during transport, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with:

• a photo of the product concerned
• a photo of the package
• your order number

We will then offer either a replacement or an appropriate solution depending on the situation (partial reshipment, exchange, etc.).

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible only:

• in case of a defective product
• in case of an error in the order
• or upon exceptional agreement after reviewing your request

Exchanges for a simple change of mind cannot be guaranteed, as the boxes are offered in limited quantities.

Non-Refundable Products

For obvious reasons related to digital content and the integrity of the rituals:

• the online program is non-refundable once any access has been used
• opened, used, or altered items cannot be refunded

We ship all orders through Mondial Relay, allowing you to collect your package close to home at a pickup point.

Shipping Method: Mondial Relay

• Pickup Point Delivery

A practical and flexible solution: collect your box at the relay point nearest to your home or workplace.
Benefits include:
• full parcel tracking
• email/SMS notification when your package arrives
• several days of parcel storage at the pickup point

Shipping Times

• Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 4 business days.
• Delivery time then depends on Mondial Relay: usually 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping times may vary slightly during busy periods (holidays, launches).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
• a confirmation email
• your Mondial Relay tracking number

You will be able to track your package at any time until it reaches your chosen pickup point.

Packaging & Safety

Each box is carefully packaged in protective and adapted materials to ensure safe delivery in perfect condition.

If you encounter a transport-related issue (damaged, opened, or deteriorated package), please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the parcel and the affected item.

Shipping Areas

We deliver to all regions served by Mondial Relay, including several European countries.
Pickup point availability depends on your address and the areas covered by their network.
