A Walking & Reconnection Retreat

Imagine yourself walking in nature…
each step taking you further away from the noise of everyday life,
feeling lighter, releasing what weighs on your body and mind.

Here, forests, streams, and the wind become your companions and your mirrors.
Each breath, each movement, each pause becomes an invitation to reconnect with what truly matters: your senses, your feelings, your inner breath.

We will guide you, together, with care and presence, through practices that are gentle, grounding, and deeply transformative.

On one side, Qi Gong — reconnecting body, breath, and energy.
On the other, meditation — calming the mind and opening space for inner clarity.

And because the path back to yourself is also nourished through connection with others, we will create moments for sharing and introspection.

Each evening, we gather for simple, meaningful, and sometimes playful moments.
Spaces to express, explore, listen… and perhaps discover yourself in a new way, naturally.


As the days unfold, through movement and practice, you will discover unknown inner landscapes, reconnect with forgotten parts of yourself, and begin to feel more deeply who you are.

You arrive with your habits, your tensions, your story…
You leave lighter, more aligned, with nature and yourself as companions along the way.

To gently integrate all that has been experienced, the retreat closes with a sound journey — a vibrational immersion to release, integrate, and allow this inner experience to resonate within you.

What does it mean?

This retreat unfolds in two complementary phases.
Two rhythms.
Two ways of meeting yourself.


A first phase in movement
We begin by walking.

Each stage of the journey leads us to a new place.
We move on foot, carrying our belongings, guided by the rhythm of the body, the breath, and nature.

Around 4 hours of walking per day, with pauses to breathe, observe, and feel.

Gradually, something begins to settle.
The mind slows down.
The body opens.

Movement becomes a path.
An outer journey… and an inner one.

Then, a time to integrate
After moving, exploring, and experiencing… we arrive.

The retreat continues in a peaceful cocoon in nature:

A calm, enveloping space, almost outside of time.

Here, the rhythm shifts.
There is nowhere to go.
Nothing to reach.

The body softens.
The experiences begin to integrate.
What has been lived finds its place.
